LagerPilot Warehouse Management System
An enterprise warehouse management system built for Berlin-based LagerPilot GmbH. It includes barcode scanning, real-time inventory tracking, inbound and outbound logistics modules, and advanced analytics reporting.

The Challenge
Operating across multiple warehouses, LagerPilot faced stock discrepancies, barcode-scanner inconsistencies, and Excel-based manual workflows. With more than 200 shipments processed per day, inbound and outbound handling errors were increasing. Strong data-protection expectations and ISO 27001-level security standards also became operational requirements.

Kordevo's Solution
A full WMS with role-based access control was built on Next.js. The barcode-scanning module records item movements within seconds, while the live stock dashboard gives warehouse managers one-screen visibility. Goods intake, dispatch, critical-stock alerts, order and delivery tracking, and supplier-performance reporting were unified in one system. PDF/XLSX export, secure session management, and an information-security-focused architecture prepared the platform for enterprise-scale use.
