The Challenge
The Berlin logistics firm faced inventory discrepancies caused by simultaneous stock movements across multiple warehouses, barcode scanning errors, and manual Excel-based inventory tracking. With 200+ daily shipments, manual inbound/outbound processing generated significant error rates. GDPR compliance and ISO 27001 certification were non-negotiable requirements.

Kordevo's Solution
A full-featured WMS was built on Next.js with role-based access control. The barcode scanning module records product movements in seconds; the real-time inventory dashboard gives warehouse managers a single-screen overview. Analytics reports — including ABC analysis, supplier performance, and return rate tracking — are exportable as PDF or XLSX. The entire system was architected to meet GDPR data protection requirements and ISO 27001 information security standards.
