The Challenge
Polish small business owners were managing their accounts in spreadsheets rather than professional software due to the complexity of local tax regulations (VAT/PIT/CIT). Existing solutions were either too expensive or not mobile-friendly. The client needed an app that handled every accounting task on a smartphone — in Polish, with automatic application of Polish tax rules.

Kordevo's Solution
A React Native app was built and released simultaneously on iOS and Android. It pulls live tax rates from the Polish Ministry of Finance API, includes OCR-based invoice scanning with automatic categorisation, and generates JPK_V7 files (Poland's standard audit export). Bank feed integration was also included.
