The Challenge
In the construction and real estate industry, a strong corporate identity plays an essential role in communicating professionalism, credibility and expertise. Turuncu Yapı needed a distinctive brand identity and a professional digital presence that would reflect its positioning in the market. The challenge was to establish a consistent visual language from the ground up, showcase residential and commercial construction projects effectively, present the company's services clearly and create an intuitive website experience that would help potential clients explore projects and make enquiries.
Kordevo's Solution
We developed a cohesive corporate brand identity and website design for Turuncu Yapı from the ground up. A distinctive visual system combining black, white and vibrant orange was created to communicate strength, modernity and professionalism. We established a consistent design direction through typography, visual hierarchy, page layouts and interface components. The website concept features visually engaging project portfolios for residential developments, commercial properties and construction sites. Dedicated sections were designed for company information, services, projects, references, property listings and quotation enquiries. Responsive design principles and an SEO-conscious content structure were incorporated to provide a strong foundation for the brand's future digital presence.
