The Challenge
In small service businesses, appointments are scattered across phone calls, WhatsApp and paper diaries. Messages are answered late at busy times, cancelled slots stay empty and no-shows cost revenue.
Kordevo's Solution
Kordi Assistant is a concept combining an AI assistant on the business's WhatsApp line with a mobile app for the owner. The assistant suggests available times, creates the booking and sends reminders; individual questions such as pricing are handed over to staff. The owner manages all appointments, free slots and assistant suggestions in one app. In line with the EU AI Act, the assistant identifies itself as AI.
