CRM and ERP Software at a glance

CRM and ERP software is business software that manages customer relationships, sales, stock, purchasing, production and finance from a single shared database. Kordevo builds these systems from scratch around how your company actually works: the scope is agreed in writing, the pricing is documented, the delivery date is set in the contract and the source code is handed over to you at delivery.

What the service covers

Customer management and sales pipeline (CRM)

Customer records, contact history, opportunities and pipeline stages on one screen, so the team knows who is handling which account.

Quotes, orders and invoicing

Quotes turn into orders and orders into invoices on a single record, without re-typing the same data.

Stock, warehouse and purchasing

Stock movements, low-stock alerts, supplier orders and goods receipt managed in one module.

Production planning and work orders

Bills of materials, work orders and capacity tracking share the same database as sales and stock.

Role-based access and reporting dashboards

Each user sees only the areas they are authorised for, while management gets live reports and exports.

Accounting, e-invoicing and e-commerce integrations

Your accounting software, e-invoicing provider and online shop connected via official APIs or file exchange.

Data migration from Excel and legacy tools

Records from spreadsheets and older tools are cleaned, mapped and verified in a test environment before import.

Why Choose Kordevo for CRM and ERP Software?

01

Off-the-shelf CRM and ERP suites are a sensible starting point for many companies. The trouble begins when your workflow does not match the package: staff work around the software or slip back into spreadsheets, licence costs climb with every new user, and each customisation turns into a project of its own. Custom CRM and ERP software contains only the modules you need and mirrors the way your team already works. For internal tools, booking systems or field apps that go beyond CRM and ERP, our custom software development service is usually the better starting point.

02

Every project starts with an analysis phase. Together we map who enters which data in sales, warehouse, purchasing, production and finance, which approvals each step needs and which reports management relies on. The result is a written scope document covering modules, user roles, integrations and the data migration plan. The written quote and the delivery date in the contract are based on that scope.

03

The system is built as a modular web application. Customer records and the sales pipeline, quotes and orders, invoicing, stock movements, purchasing, production orders and management reports all share one database. Role-based access control means each user sees only what they need, and critical actions are logged in an audit trail. The interface works on desktop, tablet and phone, so field and warehouse teams use the same live data.

04

We connect the system to your accounting software, e-invoicing provider, online shop, carriers and bank feeds through the official APIs or file exchange formats each provider offers. Data from Excel files and legacy tools is cleaned, de-duplicated, mapped to the new structure and verified in a test environment before it goes live. Personal data is processed in line with the GDPR, a data processing agreement is available and hosting within the EU is an option. How we plan these connections is described in more detail on our API and system integration page.

05

Throughout the project you receive weekly progress reports and test working versions as they are ready. At delivery we hand over the source code, the database, the admin panel and all accounts, so there are no per-user licence fees and no lock-in to a single vendor. After launch we provide maintenance, updates and new module development, with scope and duration agreed in the contract. Communication runs in English, German or Polish by video call and email, for companies in Germany, the Netherlands and across Europe alike.

What Drives the Cost of CRM and ERP Software?

Modules, user roles and integrations influence the price far more than the number of screens. Our quotes are built on these factors.

01

Number of modules

Which of CRM, quoting and orders, invoicing, stock, purchasing and production go into the first release.

02

Roles and approvals

The complexity of user roles, permission levels and multi-step approval flows.

03

Integrations

The number of accounting, e-invoicing, shop, carrier and bank connections and the quality of their APIs.

04

Data migration

The volume and condition of the data coming from spreadsheets and legacy tools.

05

Reporting

Management dashboards, custom report templates and export formats.

06

Written quote

For clearly scoped work we send a written quote within 24 hours.

Which companies benefit the most?

01

SMEs outgrowing spreadsheets

When customers, quotes and stock levels live in separate files, a single source of truth with access rights and a full change history saves time and prevents costly mistakes.

02

Companies held back by off-the-shelf suites

For businesses whose CRM or ERP package no longer fits their workflow, and whose customisation and per-user licence costs keep rising as the team grows.

03

Manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors

European companies that want purchasing, warehouse, bills of materials and production orders in the same system as sales and accounting.

CRM and ERP Software frequently asked questions about

Common questions about our process, scope, delivery timeline and way of working.

If your processes are standard and a package covers them well, off-the-shelf software is usually the better choice. Custom development pays off when your workflow does not fit, or when customisation and per-user licence costs keep growing. In the first call we look at how you work and tell you honestly which route suits you, including building only the missing modules and connecting them to your existing system.
